  • Review contract Schedules and provide findings to applicable Program Directors, Project Managers as needed.
  • Perform Verification of Project, Program, and Portfolio Schedule Reporting and KPIs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date assessment of contract specifications as it relates to Project Schedules and document the status and advise the applicable team of any significant issues.
  • Continuously maintain awareness of contract issues and the involvement of all MARTA participants.
  • Prepare Cost Reports and Forecast Reporting and KPIs from a Portfolio and Program level.
  • Lead Project Schedulers and Program Schedule Leads as assigned.
  • Verify Contractor Schedules and Earned Value reporting for conformance with contract documents.
  • Assist Project Teams to develop and manage accurate and timely Schedules and Reporting
  • Maintain operational awareness of all contract issues and MARTA participants. Analyze Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports using historical data from the Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule and provide a written assessment

  • Expert Knowledge of Integrated Planning within a Large Capital Program.
  • Skilled in both oral and written communication.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in using personal computer operating systems and various software applications
  • 8-10 years of experience in CPM scheduling on large-scale projects/programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, and Outlook) as well as other commonly used office software and project control systems (PCS).
  • Exhibit a proven ability to make sound, timely judgments, often with incomplete information
  • 8 years expert knowledge of Primavera P6 required
  • Ability to read, comprehend engineering plans and translate into a WBS and Activities within a CPM schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Subject preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experienced in using multiple discipline-specific software applications currently in use.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience Leading a team of Project Schedulers within a Large Capital Program.
  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards, and other project-related activities, their interfaces, and interdependencies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to write complex business documents, such as reports, papers, detailed letters, and emails
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound, timely judgments, often with incomplete information.
  • Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 Scheduling Software
  • Large scale Applied Project experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously a plus
  • Have advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, and Outlook) as well as other commonly used project control systems (PCS)
  • Superior skills in Long Range Planning and Workload management
  • Proficient in personal computer operating systems and various basic software applications.
  • Transit experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to identify needs and develop a business case to satisfy those needs proactively
