- Twenty (20) + years of progressive industry experience
- RSCAD/RTDS expertise
- Successful candidates must be willing to travel on occasion and work successfully in a customer focused, project oriented environment.
- Power Systems focused MSEE and/or PhD
- Spoken and written communication
- Advanced system protection including series compensated lines, single pole tripping, and impacts of IBR on protection systems
- Wide area coordination analysis
- Short circuit and symmetrical component analysis
- Electromagnetic transient studies expertise
- NERC compliance
- Experience in mentoring others and in providing technical and commercial leadership in customer focused engineering projects
