What you would be doing

Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you’ll identify and source new suppliers, support existing suppliers and support the optimisation of supplier performance. You’ll collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Project, and Change teams, providing expertise in supplier technologies and best practices.

  • Collaborate with Procurement to negotiate IT contracts aligned with business goals.
  • Support training, helping staff develop skills and capabilities that allow supplier-related services to support CITB operations.
  • Lead sourcing and relationship management of new and existing IT suppliers.
  • Research customer needs and apply best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with IT Services to maintain and update infrastructure and supplier-delivered services.
  • Monitor and improve IT supplier performance for value and service effectiveness.
  • Support contract renewals and replacements to minimize service risks and support change planning.

£53,303 per annum + £6,799 Car Allowance
