Ability to lead smaller projects or manage work packages within larger, multi-disciplinary programmes.
HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficient in advanced CAD and configuration management tools; SolidWorks and PDM experience.
Practical experience in the design and analysis of mechanical systems.
Combine strong technical depth with a broad-based engineering approach to problem-solving
Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively across departments and with internal and external stakeholders
Experience working within ISO 9001 or AS/EN 9100:2018 quality management systems
Experience assembling and commissioning test facilities, including mechanical systems, drives, controllers, instrumentation, data acquisition, and calibration
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload, learn quickly, and work effectively alongside experienced colleagues.
Comfortable working hands-on in laboratory and cleanroom environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for technical analysis and test reporting
