• Collaborate with internal preconstruction and operations teams to ensure seamless handoff and successful project execution.
• Leverage deep industry connections to identify upcoming opportunities before they enter competitive bid.
• Established, active network of GCs, architects, and designers.
• Drive the adoption of Design-Build delivery by educating stakeholders on value, speed, and cost-efficiency benefits.
• Prospect and develop new relationships with GCs, architects, designers, and owners to build a qualified pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events, associations, and networking functions to expand market presence.

Requirements

• Ability to anticipate client needs and craft solutions aligned with budget and strategic goals.
• Proven track record of business development in Design-Build construction, with strong industry knowledge and experience influencing projects from concept to execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create new opportunities and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
