Ledcor is seeking a skilled and safety‑focused Highway Maintenance Supervisor to lead highway infrastructure, maintenance and construction activities in Alberta. The role directly oversees crews to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and maintenance standards. Candidates should have 3‑5 years of experience in highway road maintenance, infrastructure, bridge maintenance or construction in a supervisory role, with technical training or trade certification considered an asset. Experience managing bridge and highway projects, strong knowledge of HSEQ standards, proven planning, scheduling and leadership skills, and familiarity with continuous improvement processes (ISO or other management systems) are preferred. Preference is given to local residents due to the nature of the work; shift work, on‑call and night shifts are required, with a Monday‑Friday schedule and after‑hours phone monitoring. Work combines office and outdoor tasks in various weather conditions, and a relocation allowance is available.
