We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Mechanical Integrity Department at our chemical facility in Beaumont, TX. The role involves providing general office support and ensuring smooth administrative operations for the plant.
- Process hourly payroll and maintain timekeeping records
- Perform data entry tasks
- Answer phones and take messages for managers
- File and maintain procedures, inspection reports, and environmental paperwork
- Order and manage office supplies for multiple units
- Retrieve and distribute mail
- Send email notifications to managers for specific approvals
- Coordinate service anniversary celebrations for hourly associates, including cakes and party supplies
- Assist with large plant conferences and meetings
