The Senior Analyst will oversee business‑plan execution from acquisition through disposition and collaborate closely with internal acquisition, leasing, capital‑markets, legal, construction, marketing, accounting, and property‑management teams. The position also requires regular interaction with external partners, lenders, consultants, contractors, and attorneys.

Assist with business‑plan preparation and execution of value‑add, redevelopment, and development projects.
Maintain property financial models in Excel and Argus to reflect leasing, financing, and plan changes.
Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and external partners.
Represent Acadia to partners, lenders, government agencies, and other outside parties.
Collaborate across internal departments on new leases, analyze deal terms, and oversee tenant work budgeting and delivery.
Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis to support capital projects and strategic investments.

2‑4 years of experience in commercial real estate development, asset management, or acquisitions; retail experience preferred.
Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills in MS Excel and Argus Enterprise.

Executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior management and joint‑venture partners.
Familiarity with lease and other legal documents.
Knowledge of design and construction processes.
Ability to travel as required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective collaborator who works well in a team environment.
Self‑starter with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is estimated at $80,000 to $90,000, reflecting factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and organizational performance.
