Conti Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Fire Protection Project Manager with experience in data center projects and union labor coordination. Primarily traveling to project sites in Springfield, OH, Madison, NC, and other national locations as needed.
- NICET Level III (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing data center projects.
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing environments (e.g., GM facilities).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening/background check.
- Minimum 5–7 years in fire protection project management and estimating.
- Work closely with union electricians and field labor, understanding cultural and operational dynamics.
- Ability to walk job sites and use PPE as required.
- Familiarity with union labor environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fire alarm design and troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with estimating software and financial tracking tools (e.g., COINS).
- Experience with Siemens fire alarm equipment.
- Position requires extensive travel to project sites nationwide, including data center projects and automotive manufacturing facilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
