- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and have knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience with implementing, testing, and fielding automation artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in Information Technology
- Experience with Agile and DevOps processes.
- Good understanding of Data Integration technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Good understanding of API-First architecture.
- Good understanding on enterprise data projects (data warehouses/master data management, others) with hands-on data analysis.
- Familiarity with the latest Generative AI models, including a general understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.

- Good team player, self-motivating, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
