Reviewing and agreeing Final Accounts
Review, negotiation and agreement of Terms and Conditions’
Contract management for service and project contracts, including project bookings – (document/information finalisation and management, programme of works, credit checks, company T&C’s vs customer T&C’s, liaising with financial and Operational teams)
Issuing of contract and project notices
Supporting with Debt Collection
Document management and organisation
Supporting change orders and variation requests
Reviewing, negotiating and supporting finalisation of general legal and contractual documents
Management of upstream approvals
Supporting Operations in addressing site issues, claims and disputes

Be a confident negotiator, with strong contract management skills
Ideally, 3 years or more experience in a Quantity Surveying or similar Legal/Contractual capacity

Strong organisational and people skills
Strong skills using MS Office, databases, and eProcurement systems
A minimum of a HNC in a relevant field
