You’ll take on the role as Technical/Operations Support Officer, balancing day-to-day technical and administrative tasks with hands-on operational support. Your work will involve customer phone and email support, preparing job documentation, conducting internal compliance checks, coordinating inventory, and supporting technical processes. You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and the broader team, balancing admin, technical support and warehouse coordination.
