Participates in invoice and schedule reviews.
Prepares, assembles, and distributes pre-activity meeting package/documents to construction team and attends meetings to record meeting minutes. Updates all participants with meeting results and changed information.
Assists in the management and tracking of NCR (non-conformance reports), Inspection Testing Plans, product submittals, monthly quality audits, monthly materials test reports, materials notebook tracking, and other reporting documents.
Prepares work location notifications and tracks completed work quantities installed by contractors.
Ensures quality documents are submitted logged and reviewed daily and then posted for access by various project participants.
Coordinates and collaborates with Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff, Construction Managers, and owner representatives as necessary to complete assignments.
Reviews daily construction assignment schedules and ensures QA staff are prepared and assigned to cover required inspection and materials testing duties.

Proficiency with document management software and construction management software (Smartsheet, SharePoint, FieldWire, GoCanvas, Plangrid, PowerBI, and other Project and Construction Management programs)
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Excellent communications and client relations skills
Clean driving record
VA PE License or CCM preferred but not required
