Act as the subject matter expert on homebuilding, providing prospects with peace of mind that Homebound is unlike any company in the industry
Diligently update Salesforce, ensuring our CRM system stays up-to-date with correct information
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demo requests, emails/calls, etc.
Work closely with Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives to ensure meeting hand-off successfully occurs
Present Homebound’s value props in a clear and concise manner
Schedule in-person meetings (or phone calls) for Land Acquisition Agents/Account Executives
Proactively identify potential prospects and find contact information using prospecting software

Bachelor's Degree with 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy interacting with people via phone, email and social media to articulate ideas and gain their trust, and have experience drafting clear communications that demonstrate attention to detail.
Background in homebuilding, real estate or construction sales is a bonus!
You have experience as an outbound prospector, including making cold calls, sending emails, and prospecting using tools like LinkedIn.
