  • Monitor, support and coordinate the integration of the works carried out by different project contractors and various third parties.
  • Support the prevention of third parties interfering with, obstructing, impeding, damaging or delaying the works being carried out by Project Contractors or other third parties.
  • Coordinate the use of parts of the Airport Site including the shared use of construction access through the work Airport Sites.
  • Identify actual or potential interface issues between all relevant parties for the works identified and record them in the Interface Issues Register.
  • Administer project coordination and interface processes
  • Support management and mitigation strategies identified interface issues.
  • Support the process to ensure third parties provide the information required for the Capital Portfolio team to manage the interfaces.
  • Keep the Project Contractors and relevant third parties informed of the timing and nature of any proposed or planned works.

  • Ability to influence and engage in a collaborative working environment with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining necessary levels of commercial awareness.
  • Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved and current knowledge of new methods of design and construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful management of major projects in the infrastructure and/or building industry.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable delivery of leadership and behavioural change within a large organisation and with outside organizations.
  • Required bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior delivery partner or client-side project management experience is preferred but not essential.
