- Lead end‑to‑end cost management across all project phases for hyperscale data‑center programs.

The firm seeks an experienced Associate Director – Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on a hyperscale data‑center program. This client‑facing leadership role reports to senior stakeholders, requires strong communication, and will be based in Denver with roughly 50 % onsite presence in Cheyenne, WY. Travel logistics are provided.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related field; graduate degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years of cost management or project controls experience on large‑scale, mission‑critical construction projects.
- Proven client‑facing consultancy experience with strong stakeholder management.
- Expertise in MEP systems, budgeting, Earned Value Management and procurement strategies.
- Proficiency with CostX, Oracle, Excel, Primavera or similar cost‑management tools.
- RICS accreditation or progress toward certification.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities under pressure.
