Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and specifications under supervision of senior engineers.
Support product updates and modifications based on customer or manufacturing requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Manufacturing, Applications, Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service—to support project needs.
Maintain awareness of current product requirements, electrical design standards, and safety practices.
Support troubleshooting of electrical and control issues, including assisting with field service and commissioning.
Create wiring diagrams and support the preparation of wiring instructions for production teams.
Assist with the design of electrical systems for production builds, including schematics, panel layouts, and manufacturing documentation.
Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to clarify design requirements.
Develop 3D models, schematics, and panel layouts using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools.

Willingness to work with systems up to 600V AC under proper supervision.
Familiarity with electrical/control system design (including PLCs and DDC systems).
Eligible or working toward registration with EGM, CTTAM, or equivalent professional body
Basic knowledge of electrical theory and system operation.
Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronic, or Computer Technology
Understanding of power distribution fundamentals and schematic creation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering OR
Experience (academic or internship) with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or equivalent), including harness/cable routing.
The ability to travel throughout North America.
Awareness of regulatory standards (UL, CE, etc.) is an asset.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
