Build and maintain relationships with utility clients, EPC partners, renewable developers, municipalities, and internal project teams.

Experience in solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), microgrids, and EV charging development and construction.

5+ years of proven success in business development within the power and renewable energy sectors.
Proven track record in contract negotiations and proposal management.
Strong understanding of capital projects and maintenance (O&M) work in the power and renewable industries.
Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time to meet with clients.
5+ years of experience in the electric utility/power construction, maintenance, or renewable energy industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
