- Manage key finance processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting (BA), Taxation, and Financial Closing & Consolidation.
- Work on Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) to drive cost efficiency.
- Support statutory and IFRS reporting requirements, financial audits, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot SAP FICO-related issues and drive process improvements.
- Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide expertise in revenue recognition, milestone-based revenue, and planned vs actual cost tracking.
- Ensure integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and other SAP modules for seamless end-to-end financial processes.

- 7+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in an SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment.
- Desire to learn SAP Project Systems (PS) and contribute to project-related financial processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Integration knowledge of PS with FICO, MM, and SD.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Expertise in Group Reporting to support consolidated financial statements and intercompany eliminations.
- Exposure to SAP Project Systems (PS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, IFRS, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to support Capex and Internal Orders in Project Accounting.
- Experience in Project Settlement, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Ability to develop SAC Planning Models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FIORI Apps.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration with external systems via IDOCs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting within SAP FICO.
- Understanding of WBS Elements, Network Activities, and Cost Planning in PS.
- Expertise in FI/CO master data management, including Chart of Accounts, Cost Elements, and Profit Centers.
- Understanding of SAP Workflow, FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), and Treasury Management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation, integration, and rollout projects.
- Experience with CDS Views, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, and enhancement frameworks for FICO-related developments.
- SAP FICO Certification is desirable.
- Strong understanding of SAC Live Connections with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAC Reporting & Dashboarding for Finance and Controlling data visualization.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and support.
