Solution Architect – Enterprise Data, Analytics & Integration

Description

• Design secure, scalable, high-performance architectures spanning private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality standards, lineage, and catalog practices in collaboration with data stewards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative, future-proof solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Build strong partnerships with infrastructure, security, network, and application teams to rationalize tools and eliminate overlapping efforts.
• Ensure performance, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity objectives are met.
• Mentor developers, analysts, and engineers; provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance.
• Embed security, identity (zero-trust, ABAC/RBAC), data privacy, and compliance (GDPR, SOX, etc.) into every design.
• Define integration strategies including API management, event-driven patterns, and ETL/ELT pipelines for seamless data flow across systems.

Requirements

• Proven integration architecture with 2+ of: Okta, Oracle HCM Cloud/Financials, Salesforce, UKG Pro/Dimensions.
• Solid foundation in enterprise infrastructure: WAN/LAN/wireless, hybrid cloud connectivity, and networking.
• 6+ years in solution/technical architecture roles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and efficiency through technology consolidation.
• Relevant certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer, etc.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to present to senior leaders.
• Present compelling solution visions, roadmaps, and trade-offs to C-level executives and technical audiences.
• Deep experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks (medallion architecture, performance, cost governance).
• Expert in Microsoft Azure data stack (Power BI, Power Automate, Data Factory/Synapse, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Git, IaC with Bicep/Terraform).
