Regional Service Manager

Lead regional maintenance operations, staff, vendors, and budgets.

Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to residents.
Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college, university or technical school; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess excellent general maintenance skills including HVAC repair, plumbing, and electrical
Valid drivers’ license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.
Must demonstrate a high level of leadership skills.
HVAC Certified and/or Boiler license a plus.
People and Facilities management experience required.
