  • Plan, track, and report on NPI project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.

As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Senior Manager of Product Development Engineering to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in executing new product initiatives (NPI) for HVAC and thermal management solutions. This role balances technical depth with project execution, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest levels of performance and reliability.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong background in HVAC systems design, fluid dynamics, refrigeration, controls, or thermal management.
  • Effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
  • Modern state of the art facility with Industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Familiarity with CAD, PLM, and engineering tools for analysis, simulation, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead engineers with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and NPI projects from concept to production.
  • 8–12 years in product development, engineering management, or related leadership roles within HVAC, refrigeration, or mission-critical systems.
