- Creating renderings and presentation materials
- Supporting sustainability and LEED efforts across projects
- Preparing project lighting drawings and specifications
- Assisting with lighting design, including calculations and energy analysis

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field
- 2-8 years of experience in the lighting design industry
- Bring curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and design approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized, self-starter and independent work ethic
- 2+ years of experience with Revit, CAD, and/or other BIM program drafting/drawing production experience
- Ability to obtain membership in a professional lighting design organization (e.g., IES or IALD)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous A/E/C building design industry experience
- Communicate clearly and work well with teammates, asking questions and contributing to a collaborative project environment.
- 2+ years of experience in photometric modeling using AGI32, LightStanza, and Dialux (or similar).
- Familiarity with daylighting analysis tools such as Rhino-Grasshopper or Lightstanza
