Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA or CAS in Economics and/or certifications on PMP/IPMA is a plus.
Proficiency in asset management systems, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance tools. Experience with Metal Recovery or WtE technologies is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
