Preparing technical documents and reports, including writing, mapping, and visualizations;

Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
Applying and developing knowledge in various EP&P areas, including transit-oriented development, urban planning and design, mobility solutions, and sustainability;
Participate in local Lunch and Learns, Hatch Charity Events, the triannual Student Showcase, and more to develop your skills.
Join charitable, social, and sports activities with other Hatch employees.
Contributing to projects, from ideation and proposals to delivery and completion;
Requirements

Strong mathematical and data analysis skills (including using Excel); and
Gain experience both in the office and on-site, as projects permit;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail;
Strong design skills (including AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign), etc.
Ability to think critically and creatively to create solutions for our clients’ toughest challenges;
Enrollment in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Transportation Planning, Economics, Civil Engineering, Business, Geography, or a relevant program from an accredited university;
Collaboration and being a team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
Quick learning and interest to take on new challenges;
Extracurriculars and knowledge or experience in a consultancy environment undertaking urban development projects will be considered an asset.
