This position includes supervisory responsibilities for both site and office‑based team members. The Director will mentor staff, foster professional growth, and develop future leaders in quality management.

Oversee and manage all quality control and assurance activities within the operations department.
Lead the quality professional team to achieve operational success.
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality program, including policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Design and enforce quality assurance processes and inspections for all construction phases.
Lead continuous improvement by analyzing site quality data, identifying improvement areas, and implementing new practices.
Communicate lessons learned and common quality issues across the company.
Partner with Training & Development to create training programs on quality standards, best practices, and compliance.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality considerations into schedules and decision‑making.
Provide guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth and develop future quality leaders.
Monitor, create, and update inspection processes, root‑cause analyses of major project impacts, and KPIs to ensure conformity in project execution.

The position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands, with occasional climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and close vision. Work is performed in a normal office environment with moderate noise and controlled temperature, and overtime may be required.

Bachelor’s or technical/associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 14 years (minimum 10 years related experience).
At least 5 years of leadership or management experience overseeing teams and quality initiatives.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in quality processes, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements.
