- Able to develop strong relationships and manage all client stakeholders (internal and external).
- Has a detailed understanding of the competencies needed for success on complex projects and can critically evaluate and apply the competencies, as required.
- Has significant experience with programmatic delivery.
- Strong technical capability across all phases environmental of work.
- Must be able to pass client background and Drug exams.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in applicable technical areas and is frequently called on by clients and peers to position or deliver complex programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering and 6 years of experience and education; or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Able to build consensus to change project strategy in challenging situations.
