In this role, you will take full ownership of Google and Meta ad campaigns for real estate projects, driving high-quality leads, optimizing ROI, and ensuring efficient budget utilization across multiple campaigns and clients.

Experience with CRM-integrated lead tracking and A/B testing for ad and landing page performance.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and campaign optimization strategies.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.
Exposure to multi-city campaigns, high-scale developer budgets, and AI-powered automation tools.
