Description

• Manage TI projects valued $2‑$10 M, coordinating contracts, insurance, and WCB notices.
• Use Timberline and Microsoft tools to track labor, materials, equipment, cost coding, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
• Oversee subtrade and supplier performance, resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Partner with the Site Superintendent to ensure high‑quality delivery while controlling timeline and costs.
• Engage architects, consultants, and clients to address project issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Continuously monitor project budgets, implement cost‑saving measures, and provide regular financial reports.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and approve subtrade and supplier invoices.
• Participate in profit‑sharing, utilize modern construction software (Procore, Smartsheet, etc.), and access growth opportunities within a family‑like culture.

Requirements

The Project Manager role supports TI projects valued between $2 million and $10 million and is based at the Surrey Cloverdale office, with a flexible schedule allowing two remote days per week. Candidates should be driven, energetic, independent, honest, organized, and personable, with strong communication skills and a financial focus. The position requires mobility across BC for site meetings and visits.

Applicants need 5–10 years of commercial construction experience, preferably in project management or site superintendent roles, and a post‑secondary technical education such as BCIT. Key responsibilities include project startup, documentation using Timberline and Microsoft software, subtrade and supplier management, coordination with the Site Superintendent, client interfacing, budget monitoring, and invoicing.

• Demonstrate driven, energetic, independent, honest, organized, and personable communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Hold 5‑10 years of commercial construction experience, preferably in project management or site superintendent roles.
• Possess post‑secondary technical education in construction (e.g., BCIT) or a related program.
