Lead value engineering and cost-efficient delivery

Set projects up for success across Europe – Develop RAMS, sequencing, safe systems of work – Plan material procurement & tooling/plant requirements

Drive accreditation pathways for busbar installation and HV/MV termination capability

Build your own division from scratch – Recruit teams of installers, pullers, termination engineers, and commissioning staff – Mobilise subcontractors and specialist resource

You’ll report directly to the Projects Director and play a major role in shaping Centum’s European operational model.

Work closely across the business – Collaborate with QS, Engineering, Planning and HSEQ departments

You must understand IFC vs IFT drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, QA/QC, commissioning, and value engineering. Commercial awareness is essential.
