This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in sustainability while ensuring ESG communications are strategically aligned with investor relations objectives.
Develop communications materials that effectively convey ESG performance to investors
Conduct ESG benchmarking and research on industry peers and best practices
Prepare sustainability-related content for management reporting, investor communications and presentations
Assist the department in other investor relations and sustainability matters
Work with internal departments, external stakeholders, and consultants to prepare, draft, and coordinate MPACT’s annual sustainability report
Support investor and analyst events including AGMs, roadshows, and results briefings
Support compliance with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, GRESB, SBTi, etc.)
Engage with ESG rating agencies and sustainability-focused investors
This position supports and advances MPACT's sustainability reporting and ESG communications, while contributing to broader investor relations activities.
Assist in the production of investor materials including the annual report, sustainability report, presentations, press releases, and other announcements
Conduct peer benchmarking and market research
Compile and analyse sustainability metrics and KPI tracking
At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, ESG communications, corporate communications, or investor relations
Degree in Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related fields
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and ESG matters, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex sustainability data into clear, compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese to support of investor relations activities, and to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders
Proficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Experience with sustainability reporting
Familiarity with Bloomberg would be advantageous
