Collaborate with wider estates and facilities teams to ensure repairs are carried out efficiently, in-house or via third-party suppliers.
Supervise, coach, and develop team members, ensuring high standards and adherence to regulations.
Maintain landscaping and irrigation systems; ensure paths, roads, and public areas are safe and accessible year-round.
Maintain external accreditations and keep up-to-date with industry best practices.
Organise and oversee estates operations, including maintenance schedules, grounds upkeep, and equipment management.
Test and maintain alarm systems; escalate specialist faults promptly.
Deliver hands-on support for general and specialist maintenance tasks.
