Maintain digital and physical filing systems for service history, certifications, and technical documentation
Support the Plant Service Manager in coordinating daily service operations across GSA sites
The Plant Service Administrator ensures accurate record-keeping, supports scheduling and compliance, and facilitates communication between service teams, site personnel, and parent company plant departments.
Schedule and track preventative maintenance and breakdown response activities
Assist in preparing service reports, performance metrics, and audit documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service administration and process efficiency
Ensure GDPR compliance in the handling and storage of operational and personnel data
Maintain accurate records of plant servicing, repairs, inspections, and compliance documentation
A key administrative role supporting the Plant Service Manager in the coordination and documentation of all plant servicing activities across GSA geotechnical sites.
Support budget tracking and cost reporting for service activities
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards under LOLER, PUWER, and parent company policies and procedures
Monitor service requests from site teams and ensure timely communication and resolution
This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service transparency across the alliance
Assist in onboarding new plant assets and updating service databases
Liaise with welders, electricians, mechanical and hydraulic fitters to ensure service tasks are logged and completed
