Our firm is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our Northern New Jersey office. The role involves soil and groundwater sampling, field inspections, and designing solid waste facilities, as well as providing modeling services, subcontractor oversight, and project coordination. We look for a self‑motivated individual who blends creative thinking with logical design to solve challenging environmental problems.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, with E.I.T. status and OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER training preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, solid waste project experience, and familiarity with state and federal regulations are essential. Excellent technical, problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as a professional demeanor, are required.
The position offers a salary range of $60,000‑$70,000 and a comprehensive compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
