Minimum 5 years of experience in the AEC industry managing proposal lifecycles, preferably with New York and New Jersey transportation clients.
Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and produce high-quality, winning proposals and interviews.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience.
