Negotiate technical approval for adoptable works (S104, S38, S278 etc.).
Assist in mentoring and managing junior staff.
Drainage design and hydraulic modelling, including sustainable drainage systems.
Assist with technical report production.
Highway design and ground modelling.
Ensure designs comply with current Codes of Practice.
Deliver designs for infrastructure projects on time and to budget.
