Service Technical Assistant

Description

• Potentially assist management with Power BI projects.
• Train employees on device use.
• Troubleshoot devices with team members.
• Configure employee devices including iPhones and iPads with job-specific apps.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy person to join our team in Knoxville, TN to support our employees’ technology needs. The ideal candidate has experience configuring Apple devices and is familiar with Verizon wireless services. Must be a dependable, organized, and productive team player who excels working with others. This is a part-time, in-office position working roughly 20-25 hours per week. Potential to transition into a full-time position.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Meraki Device Management experience is highly preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and Outlook.

Benefits

Pay: $17-20 per hour, depending on experience.
