The BEST Sales Intern will work under direct supervision and local mentoring to support the assigned market and help drive regional sales. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the sales cycle, customer interaction, and internal processes within the HVAC sector.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. college, pursuing a degree in fields such as engineering, business, communications, finance, marketing, public relations, economics, or computer networking. Applicants need U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization and must be able to work full‑time (40 hours/week) throughout the summer.
Preferred attributes include strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, self‑motivation, teamwork, a competitive spirit, and a solid blend of business and technical insight.
