The role focuses on leading BIM strategy, delivering training, optimizing workflows, researching new technologies, coordinating model development, and acting as the main communication bridge between BIM drafters and other stakeholders.
- Develop BIM implementation roadmaps with the Head of Engineering and stakeholders to support strategic goals.
- Deliver BIM and Revit training sessions both in‑person and online.
- Gather and analyze user requirements to guide process and software evolution.
- Refine and update workflows to ensure standardized BIM design practices.
- Research and integrate emerging tools and technologies to boost engineering productivity.
- Coordinate, set up, and develop BIM models with designers following established workflows.
- Serve as the primary communication link between BIM drafters and other stakeholders.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering (or equivalent) and possess at least eight years of BIM design and collaboration experience. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla, NavisWorks and Solibri, visual scripting tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper, and knowledge of formwork technologies are required. Strong analytical, English communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, along with the ability to prioritize, adapt to changing needs, and work both independently and collaboratively, are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum eight years of extensive BIM design and collaboration experience.
- Proficiency with BIM software (Revit, Tekla, NavisWorks, Solibri, etc.).
- Experience in visual scripting and parametric modeling (Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.).
- In‑depth knowledge of formwork technologies.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing business needs, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Self‑motivated and proactive, offering solutions and suggestions.
