  • Ticket closures on the System for all issues that have been resolved by Ops or Supply Team.
  • Raising Tickets on escalations that need to be resolved by the Ops Team.
  • Involved in coordination majorly based out of the Office.
  • Validate and Summarise previous day's activities for progress.
  • Aligned across BUs and fill periodic reports on a given dashboard.
  • Managing Internal stakeholders and external vendors.
