Positioned within the Global Resilience Business Area, the engineer will help protect natural environments and water resources while addressing the impacts of climate change, rapid urbanization, and increasing extreme events such as floods and wildfires.
The role seeks an Engineer with experience in operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OMM) of environmental remedial systems to join the Pennsylvania team. The successful candidate will work alongside scientists, engineers, project managers, and technical experts on diverse remedial sites, balancing office responsibilities with up to 25% field work at contaminated media sites.
Required qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a closely related field) and preferably three years of OMM engineering experience. A current 40‑Hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred but not mandatory.
