Assist in preparing quotations and pricing proposals based on customer specifications and engineering data.
Shadow Inside Sales Engineers to learn how to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with team members on special projects to improve the quoting process or enhance customer response time.
Contribute to internal documentation and process updates that support the Inside Sales function.
Analyze customer and market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth.
Observe and participate in customer calls to understand relationship management and sales communication best practices.
Learn to provide basic technical support and communicate effectively with customers on standard product features.
Participate in meetings with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to understand product design, applications, and customer requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical information.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Business, or a related technical discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Willing to travel up to 10% to observe plant processes and gather insights.
