Handle internal and external communications, including responding to emails, making phone calls, following up with residents, leaseholders, contractors, consultants, local authority officers, and internal stakeholders as required
Provide general administrative assistance to the Surveying Manager and the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and organising meetings
Input and update survey data into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring all information is accurate and properly organised
Maintain and organise survey-related documents, reports, and records. Ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date
Assist with processing invoices, tracking project budgets, and ensuring that financial records are properly maintained
Help coordinate project timelines, tasks, and resources, ensuring all administrative aspects of the project are handles efficiently

Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade A*-C)
Ability to quickly and accurately organise and transpose simple data between systems and spreadsheets
Experience or understanding of social housing, local authority operations, property assets and components is highly desirable
The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Officer, including Work and Excel, at a basic level or above
Highly organised and able to coordinate and service meetings and events
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to take accurate and concise minutes
The ability to extract reports from ICT systems and validate information as correct
