Demonstrated experience in service delivery management.
A solid understanding of ITIL (ideally Foundation Level V4), or a willingness to gain certification—with the ability to apply it pragmatically.
A background in rail infrastructure or another safety-critical industry, coupled with a genuine interest in learning more about the rail sector.
Flexibility to support major escalations outside of standard office hours when needed.
Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence and clarity.
The ability to grasp technical concepts and contribute meaningfully to contract-level discussions.
