Overview
Admin support for regional director & planning team: events, communications, finance.

Tasks
-Supporting project managers with their project needs, including running inquiries and generating reports. -Managing financial operations including invoicing, tracking budgets, expense reports and billing to support operational efficiency. -Coordinating regional events, meetings & conferences that create great experiences. -Proactively managing emails, calendars & meeting schedules, and acting as a key point of contact for core stakeholders. -Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including preparing, formatting and collating reports, tenders and presentations to help deliver exceptional client outcomes. -Lead & contribute to complex projects, working with impressive clients who share our purpose

-Confidence and decisiveness to drive high performance for yourself, others and our clients. -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in project | business management systems -Innovation and creativity when solving complex problems. -Strong organisational and time management skills, working autonomously and efficiently to meet business needs. -Capability in project coordination, including progress tracking, reporting and invoicing. -Authenticity to foster respect, trust and advocacy in all your work interactions. -Experience in a similar business administration or secretarial role supporting multiple stakeholders, ideally within a professional services environment.
