Tasks

-Support risk identification and mitigation for projects within the program; highlight issues to Program Managers and help develop corrective paths. -Support forecasting, cost tracking, and performance metrics reporting for Electric Distribution programs. -Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports for program status, variances, earned value metrics, schedule performance and forecasts. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand program scope, constraints, risk drivers and schedule dependencies in the distribution domain (lines, substations, feeders, smart-grid initiatives). -Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple platforms, including Power BI, Crews, EcoSys, and Primavera P6 to provide meaningful insights and support decision‐making. -Partner with Program Managers, Portfolio & Controls teams, and PMO to ensure program health: monitoring scope, schedule, cost, resource changes. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity, system integration, adherence to technology standards and promote reporting process efficiencies.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Analytics, or related technical field. -Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with electric utility project analytics, project coordination or project governance. -Proficiency with Power BI, Primavera P6, EcoSys, and/or Crews preferred. -Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
