

Provides engineering, project management & digital solutions for complex infrastructure in regulated sectors.
The Utilities Integration role is based in Helensburgh and will lead on utility (power, water and communication services) stakeholder engagement and management to ensure integration between Programme and site stakeholders through systematic identification and analysis of stakeholders, the planning and conduct of interactions to engage and communicate with them, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests, ensuring their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
📊 Develop and maintain utility stakeholder profiles, mapping evolving project needs and influence
🔍 Lead utility stakeholder analysis for our clients major project and define effective communication channels
There is a requirement to be onsite to facilitate workshops, routine meetings and site visits and to engage with the wider team, this currently is a minimum of 2 days per week but could require more at specific times of the programme and should be flexible to facilitate this.
⚠️ Identify and manage risks to the client site, including mitigation actions
📢 Ensure timely communication of surveys, outages, diversions, and new connections across all project phases
🤝 Coordinate engagement between site leads and Project Managers, ensuring compliance and base processes are met
🗓️ Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities (workshops, forums, meetings), acting as the single point of contact
📝 Support capture of stakeholder needs and development of user requirements
👥 Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
📐 Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices
⚡ Working knowledge of utilities or utility stakeholder management in a project delivery environment
There will also be some travel to central Glasgow and potentially external offices of contractors if necessary.
⭐ Experience managing stakeholders at project management level

🏗️ Exposure to government or public-sector project delivery (advantageous but not essential)
This role will be based on our client site in Helensburgh. Due to the nature of the role it will have access to restricted information which will require a sole UK National Citizen with SC clearance to meet the necessary security criteria.
