Manager, Information Technology

Description

• Manage digital transformation projects, including service delivery, testing, and post‑production support.
• Plan, set up, and manage application support processes, handle enquiries, and arrange trainings.
• Support system development by gathering requirements, performing analysis and design, and preparing specifications and documentation.
• Define a strategic AI roadmap, design generative AI solutions (RAG, prompt engineering), implement LLMOps, and ensure scalable, secure infrastructure for AI integration.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external development teams for program development and issue resolution.
• Analyse, plan, and implement system enhancements.
• Apply advanced data science methods (statistical modelling, data mining, predictive analytics) to generate insights for corporate analytics projects and data strategy.
• Review and advise on application development, capacity planning, performance standards, programming standards, documentation, and control procedures.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in IT, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or related fields; a master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing development teams and designing development processes, structures, and best practices.
• Experience in solution and business process design for enterprise‑scale systems.
• Demonstrated delivery of AI/ML/LLM solutions with hands‑on Python and common AI/ML frameworks/tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office, BI, workflow design, and visualization tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
