Lead portfolio-level energy and sustainability reporting, including Guaranteed Savings, Quarterly Energy Performance Reports, and KPI tracking under the MSA.

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or a related field.
Experience with GHG inventory management, sustainability reporting frameworks, and utility rate structures.
Advanced analytical skills, including weather normalization, regression modeling, and savings calculations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical results into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
Certification such as CMVP, CEM, or LEED is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of energy measurement and verification (M&V) methodologies (IPMVP).
Proficiency in Excel, RETScreen, and large-data manipulation for utility and building performance datasets.
Knowledge of BAS, sub-metering, and smart building systems.
3-5 years of experience in energy and sustainability analytics, reporting, or performance management.
