The Outside Sales Representative – Flooring Solutions will generate profitable business, develop the assigned territory, implement sales plans, and help build the national Sunbelt branding identity.
Key responsibilities include promoting the safety culture, executing territory sales plans, prospecting customers by phone and visits, providing technical sales solutions, preparing detailed proposals, coordinating project specifications with internal operations, monitoring competitor activities, maintaining daily CRM entries, and achieving annual revenue and market‑growth targets.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of direct sales experience, a proven solution‑selling track record, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, self‑starter attitude, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects while meeting physical demands.

Compensation consists of a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $62,965, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
